It's a derivative of an old standby:

I will miss George. He was brilliant. My kids liked him as the conductor on Thomas the Tank Engine.
My kids loved him for that as well but I couldn't watch him without hearing "Rat-shit, bat-shit, dirty old twat, sixty-nine pecker heads tied in a knot, yay lizard shit - Fuck!" That and a million other vile rants he pumped out liberally. I'm gonna go listen to What The Hell Am I doing in New Jersey? Definitely one of my faves.
